Employability Enhancement Programme Model Finishing School, Trivandrum

Model Finishing School, Trivandrum has been conducting the Employability Enhancement Programme for professionally qualified youths of Kerala.

The structured course extends over a period of 40 days, covering technical and soft skills.The course is so structured to equal focus on technical and soft skills. The sessions in soft skills are aimed at exposing students in areas most needed in varying stages of life and job, say, communication, interpersonal skills and team building, to name some. Equal accent is laid on enhancing the English language skills of the students.

Unemployed B.Tech (all branches) / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science / Electronics / IT) / B.Sc (Computer Science / Electronics / IT) graduates belonging to Kerala are eligible to apply.
